GENERIC INFOS:

The works and the demos are exclusively choosed by the editor and are published onsite, without other destination.
The partecipation is gratis, but there isn't remuneration for the authors. The authors may promote the site, in respect of current laws, by word of mouth, links and other tecniques.
The partecipation is free, but conditioned by these rules.
The minors can partecipate when authorized by the janitors-tutors (contact the editor via email). Without the authorization the authors are considered majors. MIZ isn't responsible about the partecipation of a unauthorized minor. In this case, only the janitor-tutor will be responsible about the actions of the unauthorized minor.

• The files with the stuff: texts, photos, grafics, literature and other.
• Informations: title, place, year, genre, email, comments and other.

POSTING STUFF:

The Works posted must be personal and not copyrighted, to avoid problems concerning the violation of royalities.
The editor reserves mounting, cutting, adapting to pages and commenting materials. If the author is unsatisfied about the results, he may request to modify or delete the pages.
The editor will respond to each posting, via email, with a brief comment about the works sent.
The editor advices the posting of demos, instead than complete works, to avoid plajarism operated by third parts.

THE PRIVACY:

Authors, posting their works-demos to MIZ, agree editor to publish onsite works and related data, like infos about works and authors.
Personal data are not required. Data eventually posted will be processed in the respect of privacy rules and will never be diffused or trasmitted to third parts.
Authors can request in advance, via email, the delection of files with not published works and relatd informations. Otherwise  the editor will not use or transmit unpublished works to third parts.

ABOUT  LIABILITY:

Authors takes all liabilities concerning the inobservance of this rules.
The partecipation to MIZ requires the action of reading and accepting this rules. In case of violations, the trespasser will be fully responsible for the consequences of his behaviour.
